We have two flocks of sheep, our Black Welsh Mountain sheep is an ancient breedand was described in Welsh writings from the Middle Ages.
The Wiltshire sheep is also an old British breed dating back hundreds of years.These sheep produce small succulent joints of meat with a close texture with little fat and a distinctive flavour.
We selected these breeds because of their premium quality of lean meat with full flavour.
LAMB
We sell boxes of tasty fresh lamb ready for the oven or freezer. Contents and weights will vary, but as a guideline each pack will weigh between 7-10kg and will typically contain:
