As part of our Higher Level Stewardship system, no fertilisers are used on the land. Our animals are not fed any supplements, additives or antibiotics often used to encourage quicker growth and weight gain or to enhance the meat’s appearance.

BEEF
The Beef comes from either Hereford or Dexter two year old steers raised in this sustainable British system.
LAMB
Our lambs graze the wildflower meadows here at Drews Farm all summer, reaching maturity in the autumn.
